Knitting, Crocheting, Pretty Little Vintage Things
Booklets
The 6 of them were a dollar at the Church sale. The "Learn How Book" is adorable with chapters on knitting, crochet, tatting and embroidery. Published in 1959. Can you guess what my next "learn to" project is?

"Of all the great things that the English have invented and made part of the credit of the national character, the most perfect, the most characteristic, the only one they have mastered completely in all its details so that it becomes a compendious illustration of their social genius and their manners, is the well-appointed, well-administered, well-filled country house."

LOL! I have that same Learn To book. It was given to me by a lady at church who can no longer knit because of a stroke. I almost got rid of it but couldn't bring myself to do it. Church sales are great for finding old pattern books.
