Knitting, Crocheting, Pretty Little Vintage Things
"Of all the great things that the English have invented and made part of the credit of the national character, the most perfect, the most characteristic, the only one they have mastered completely in all its details so that it becomes a compendious illustration of their social genius and their manners, is the well-appointed, well-administered, well-filled country house."

I am so excited that I will get to visit when I pop down to London soon.
It's amazing!!! I went today!!! I LOVE IT!!!
And the greatest blog fodder ever!
Ah, for once I do know a bit about what you all have seen across the Pond.
Anthropologie is a delightful chain of shops, that seems to seek its inspiration in global access to vintage and thrift shops.
Their merchandizing skills are without equal.
If a shopper might not be able to wear the clothes, he/she will surely take easily to the home line.
Best wishes to Anthropologie as it expands its reach. (Its corporate partner, Urban Outfitters, also knows how to catch a wave!)
Cheers!
The prices are ridiculous though! Just had a look and a shower curtain costs £75!
Anthropologie then Topshop, with afternoon tea at Claridges and the world is a better place!
Yahooo for you...still waiting for one in Vancouver Canada..I know they opened one in Toronto but not at our end of Canada yet! Happy shopping!
i am excited, hope i can get there soon x
